Order Cancellations
Once the order is finalized or confirmed by PayPal, the order status cannot be cancelled. In the event you are unable to cancel your order, please return the item for a refund.

Returns:
If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it within 90 days from the confirmed date of delivery. You must have the package postmarked within 90 days of the confirmed date of delivery. Returns postmarked outside the 90 days will not be accepted. We recommend that you send the package via a postal service in which you can track the package and confirm delivery. There is a $9 cdn restocking fee for all returned products.
